Locations
We ship everywhere in the United States, including all 54 main states/districts, the U.S. Minor Outlying Islands (American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico), and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Shipping Times
Your order will take 1-5 business days to arrive from the time it’s shipped. We send out all orders within two business days after receiving them. For example, if you place an order on Monday, it’ll ship out by Wednesday at the latest. If you place an order on Saturday, it’ll ship out by Tuesday at the latest.
Materials
We use cardboard boxes to ship all of our products, which are 100% recyclable. They are not biodegradable or compostable. We choose recyclable shipping materials for two reasons:
You must decompose biodegradable and compostable products in soil. They won’t break down in a landfill and aren’t recyclable, meaning they contaminate the recycling stream if you recycle them.
Most people have recycling access, whereas many people can’t easily compost items, meaning there’s a high chance they’ll recycle our bags without knowing the harm they’re causing if they were biodegradable or compostable.
Late or Lost Packages
We are very timely with getting orders out as fast as possible. However, once we pass them to our couriers, delays or losses on their end are beyond our control. If you have questions about an order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help!

Books
We offer a 3-Day “Undamaged” Return Policy on physical copies. If, for some reason, you don’t care for one of our books, return it undamaged in brand new, unused condition within three days from the date of delivery, and we’ll refund your payment. All ebook sales are final.
Food
All sales are final. We don’t accept returns of our food products for the safety of you and our customers.
Equipment
We offer a 30-Day “Undamaged” Return Policy. If, for some reason, you don’t care for one of our equipment items, return it undamaged with all accessories included within 30 days from the date of purchase, and we’ll refund your payment.
Shipping
Return shipping is paid for by the customer. We reserve the right to decline any return and the refund of payment if we feel that you are violating our policies. For questions about our return policies or to process a return, please contact us for further help.
