    • You can only view PDF resources in a web browser like Google Chrome or Safari. They won’t open Google Drive.

    • To view your PDF resources in a web browser on your phone, click the three-dot menu button in the top right-hand corner after the resource tries loading in the drive > Copy the resource URL link (“Copy Link”) > Paste the link in the URL bar of your web browser > Click “Go.”

    • From your web platform dashboard, view the next workout day on your calendar > “LOG THIS WORKOUT” > Enter all sets, reps, and weights used for every exercise, and any other relevant information > “Log Workout.”

    • From your app menu, view the next workout day on your calendar > Select your workout > Click on each exercise to enter all sets, reps, and weights used + ay other relevant information > “Log!”

    • From your web platform dashboard, click “My Stuff” > “Workout Plans” > “Stop Plan” on your current workout plan.

    • From your app menu, click your profile picture > “Workout Plan” > Click on your current workout plan > “Stop” in the top right-hand corner.

    • From your web platform dashboard, click “My Stuff” > “Workout Plans” > “Change Schedule” on your current workout plan.

    • From your web platform dashboard, click “My Stuff” > “Connected Apps” > “Connect MyFitnessPal” > Log in with your MyFitnessPal account details.

    • Health insurance benefits vary by company and policy, but, typically, you’ll need to prove that our coaching is medically necessary. However, some insurance companies will provide an annual allowance for our sessions. Please contact your insurance provider to discuss what they offer in your policy and ask if they offer personal training reimbursement.

    • You may cancel your membership free of charge anytime. However, once you pay for that membership’s term (monthly or in-full), you’re committed through the end of it. If you’d like to cancel your membership, please do so before next term’s payment. Failure to do so will result in the continuation of your membership through at least the following term. Once you cancel your membership, you’ll immediately lose access to your group, plans, programs, and resources.

    • If the cancellation of a 1-on-1 session is necessary, please contact your coach to cancel and reschedule no later than 24 hours before the starting session time. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of the session and the session fee unless otherwise decided by your coach.
