Since graduating from the Columbia University Institute of Human Nutrition with my Masters in Nutrition, I’ve worked with children, youth, adults, and seniors alike teaching them about nutrition in a fun, informative, and culturally relevant way.

I fully believe that we are what we eat. After going vegan three and a half years ago, I’ve experienced more energy, weight loss, better digestion, and higher self-improvement overall. I want other people to experience these same benefits by any means necessary, which is why I joined the Plant Strength team. Health is wealth!
