I’m Seth, and I love bodybuilding and strength training, but I love being vegan even more! Because of this, I decided to pursue a career in helping others thrive on this lifestyle and learn to build their dream physique while eating a plant-based diet. I’m certified in personal training and plant-based nutrition. I’ve acquired the tools and experience to help both myself and others.
I went vegan when I was 16 years old because I wanted to make a difference after I found out about what was happening to our health, the animals, and our environment because of animal products. I seemed to be alone in my pursuit. I didn’t know what to eat or how to be vegan. But through trial and error, I now know how easy it is to live this way.
Growing up, I was always the skinny kid. People told me I needed to eat more meat to put some muscle on my body, but this went against what I knew to be true about a vegan lifestyle. I knew there had to be a way to build muscle while vegan. So I learned everything I needed to know about weight training and lifting. I learned the proper meals to eat while training and how to recover efficiently. I put together everything I knew about plant-based eating and strength training, and over time I started to see the results. I’ve put on over 40 pounds of muscle mass since I started eating vegan and training and have never been in better shape.
I know what it’s like to be the little guy. I know what it’s like to be confused about what to eat or how to train. I don’t want anyone to experience that.
