Hi! I’m Jane Elizabeth—a Health & Life Coach, Author, Endurance Runner, and mom with a passion for plant-based fitness and saving animals!
A few years ago, I was obese, struggling with asthma and chronic joint pain, and emotionally at rock bottom. After a moment of clarity, I decided to change my life and become the role model I wanted to be for my daughter. I started running to get fit and went vegan to align my behavior with my beliefs.
As a member of the animal rescue community, I realized there is no difference between animals like cows and pigs and my rescue dogs. They all think, have feelings, form close bonds, and want to live a life free from harm, so taking animals off my plate felt like the right thing to do. I had no idea that it would also dramatically impact my health!
Over 18 months, I lost 85 pounds, reversed my asthma, and became a competitive endurance athlete. The best part about this is that I’m showing my daughter what it means to live a healthy, compassionate, cruelty-free life through my daily actions!
My mission is to show the world the POWER of going vegan. One of the best ways to do that is to be a living example of the JOY that comes from living this abundant vegan life without causing harm to animals. When people see how drastically my life has changed for the better over the last few years, they always ask, “What’s your secret?” The truth is, there isn’t one. Making cruelty-free choices and living a HEALTHY sustainable life go hand in hand.
